I was pleasantly surprised that Oh!mino caffeinated works better than other preworkouts I’ve used (aside from the original Yok3d which contained ephedrine..). I add a half scoop of beta alanine (1.5g) and I consume about 20-30min before my workout. I have been able to progress past plateaus and bust through gruesome leg workouts. I am trying to stay away from sucralose so it’s an added bonus that Oh!mino doesn’t contain sucralose.
I’m not going post a set of my leg workout.. Bulgarian split squats are my staple and also a cause of so much pain and suffering lol
