Before the pandemic I started exercising because I was in terrible condition. Severely overweight, diabetic, and felt I couldn’t even walk properly on the planet any more. I’ve been using this stuff for a couple years. I went from the powder mix to the capsules because I just don’t like the taste of the powdered mix… However, the capsules work just as well I had to downgrade to the non-stimulated because I couldn’t sleep when I worked out late, so this is working out good for me.
I'm a 70 year old man and have noticed a difference after using this supplement. This is an important supplement for 45 years old men or woman.
