Great Taste

I'm on my second week of taking Oh!Mino. I am exercising 3 times a week and I take it right after. One scoop with 8 ounces of cold water. I must admit that this drink gives me an instant lift after taking it. I do believe its rather early for OH!Mino to show other results. While the instructions say to take it before, during and after workouts, I opted (at 81 years old) to go on the side of caution and see what effects this drink may have on me. So far, no side effects other than what I mentioned at the beginning; a rather "shot in the arm" lift after taking it. I not sure if this is another benefit, but last couple of workouts, I have been able to add a couple of pounds more to the bar on certain exercises. Will see what happens during the next coming weeks. But, YES, I do recommend it.

The flavor that I bought, tropical blast is nothing to talk about. The taste is acceptable with somewhat of a bland taste I haven’t noticed any increase in strength yet. It’s only been 2 weeks.
