How To Safely Fast For 72 Hours (and burn fat in the process)

If you’re sick and tired of diets that promise incredible results, but only end up wasting your budget, I want to share something with you.

Not long ago a friend of mine discovered that the best way to eat your way to health is… to actually avoid eating.

How’s that possible?

Well, the thing is, you’re only supposed to avoid food for 72 hours to get all the health benefits associated with fasting.

Fasting for less than 72 hours is also beneficial, but 72 hours is optimal for health.

Fasting longer than that, on that hand, is not recommended.

Another thing that makes fasting a great option (at least for my friend) is that it’s super simple.

You don’t have to bother with expensive recipes or complicated eating schedules.

Your only task is to avoid food for 72 hours.

And, of course, you should stay hydrated during that period because you don’t want to completely exhaust your body.

Now, let’s cut to the chase and talk about the benefits of a 72-hours fast.

After about 24 hours without food, your body starts a process known as autophagy in which your body breaks down damaged proteins that have been accumulating inside your cells.

This might decrease the risk of degenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s.

Another disease you’re more likely to avoid because of fasting is diabetes since fasting will keep your blood glucose levels quite stable.

When you don’t eat, there’s no food to spike up your blood glucose, obviously.

Apart from regulating your blood glucose, fasting can regulate your cholesterol as well.

It will increase the levels of so HDL cholesterol (the “good cholesterol”) and decrease the levels of triglycerides (“bad cholesterol”) which can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis.

There is also some evidence that fasting can prevent DNA damage.

Because of that, a 72-hours fast could be the closest thing to the elixir of youth that keeps you alive and vital for longer.

However, don’t get me wrong – fasting is not the cure for all diseases.

It carries its own risks as well.

The biggest dangers of fasting (especially prolonged fasting) are dehydration and mineral deficiency.

You see, we get water through the food we eat and that’s why it’s crucial to up your water intake during a 72-hour fast.

But drinking water alone isn’t enough.

A glass of regular tap or bottled water doesn’t have the minerals and electrolytes your body needs.

And even worse, drinking too much water can additionally drain your body by making you go to the bathroom more often.

That’s why I recommend you supplement the minerals and electrolytes during your fast.

The simplest way to do that is to take the Oh!mino powder or capsules.

Not only does Oh!mino have the minerals and electrolytes, but it will also give your body all the essential amino acids which will help you maintain muscle mass during a fast when you’re not taking in any protein.

So you won’t have to think about any negative side effects of a prolonged fast.

And you’ll get to enjoy its benefits to the fullest.

Stay fit my friend,
