Monday MythBuster #22: It's Best to Workout in the Morning.

Did you get that workout in this morning?

Yes?

No?

Well, if you didn't no worries.

A lot of gym-goers seem to think that working out in the morning is the best option.

Fitness gurus say it's because working out at night makes it harder to sleep.

But this isn't true at all!

 

According to studies, the time of day in which you work out doesn't make that much of a difference.

Working out at any time still gives you the results you want, gives your metabolism a boost...

 

Many people miss their morning workout and use it as a reason to skip the workout for the day.

 

But getting it in after work is still great way to end the day.

 

I'm telling you this to remind you to go outside the box.

Sticking to the 'rules' of fitness can make things boring and complicated.

Remember the principles, but don't forget to have fun.

And do what works for YOU.
