For those requests made outside these hours, we will address those and respond in a timely manner (usually the next business day).
SHIPPING
Orders made at www.ohmino.com ship the next business day (Monday - Friday).
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Ohmino.com, the item can be returned or exchanged. After 30 days from shipment have expired following a purchase, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange on your purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns, exchanges or refunds.
To return your product, please contact Customer Service via email or phone for return label.
Please be advised that refunds will be calculated using any promotion for discount that was used during the original purchase excluding shipping.
