I am 80 years old now, and have used this product in my recovery protocol.
I have been training for 65 years, and I wrote a fitness guide in 1980, and that was carried by Big 5 sporting goods for a few years.
I can train like I am 25, but cannot recover as fast as I wish I could, and this product helps me recover much faster than I would otherwise.
Great stuff for us older guys that need to recover faster.
Oh!mino has increased my strength and stamina almost immediately. Im a 64 yo cancer patient who's fighting the disease on all fronts. I used to feel weak and fatigued but now I feel like I found the fountain of youth
I love the prolonged energy, strength reserves this stuff gives me.
