I've been using Ohmino for over 2 weeks, and first few days I was pushing myself hard in the gym ti test the product .
I got non caffeine one and I felt less sore next day even after 1st day of use. Now I didn't skip a day and mix mine Ohmino before workout and drink during and after the workout.
I am not usually a supplements person but this stuff actually works. Very happy that I can walk after leg day with this recovery drink.
