The Official Oh!mino Pen

I'm an older man that is very active (mtn biking, alpine skiing, backcountry skiing,etc). After a few weeks of using Oh!mino I have more energy, my muscles are tighter and more defined and I do notice a difference in my muscle composition. I will continue to use this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Helps with my overtraining!!!

The stuff is great. Use it everyday during work out and the pills well I take the full six every night before bed. I am noticing change. I do appreciate the none full feeling while drinking and working out as it does not slow me down and I seem to go at it harder. My muscles are strengthening and at the age of 67 and still surfing and being very active keeping up my muscles and mass is very important when dropping in on a 10 foot plus face driving hard to the bottom and looking for that deep tube section with an exit.
