I have used product before in the past and always liked it. Then this latest cycle I withheld using it to see if it made a difference. Let me tell you it absolutely did. I would say I roughly gain 25 % more in mass when using this product as opposed to not using it. I can see and feel the difference and will be using this product for years to come.
