Read this if you “don’t have time for fitness”

The sooner you start your fitness journey, the better.

Not only will it be good for you in the long run, but you’ll also get to enjoy the immediate benefits of exercise as soon as today.

However, most people neglect exercise and the most common excuse is, “I don’t have time.”

This is understandable.

If you have a full-time job, it may be hard to integrate fitness into your schedule... but it’s absolutely possible!

With a couple of adjustments, even the busiest professionals and CEOs are able to make exercise an essential part of their lives.

First, you have to change your mindset.

Because you’re the ONLY one who can MAKE time for exercise and a healthy lifestyle, even if it’s only a couple of minutes per day.

 Second, you need a schedule.

MAKE TIME FOR OHIMINO ON YOUR SCHEDULE

Since you don’t have a lot of time on your hands, it’s essential that you make a schedule and stick to it.

This is the only way to ensure you’re using your time efficiently.

Without a solid schedule, you’re going to miss some workouts or get lost in a myriad of other responsibilities.

The schedule is there to help you save time as well.

For example, if you do meal prep on weekends, you can drastically reduce the workload on weekdays when you’re much busier.

Last but not least, a schedule will help you build consistency and develop long-term habits, which is exactly the key to great results when it comes to fitness.
