How to Cook the Perfect Orange Glazed Air-Fried Tofu

Step 1
Mix the tofu with olive oil, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl. Move the tofu cubes into the air-fryer basket and bake for around 20 minutes at 180°C/355°F.

Step 2
In a pan, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, agave syrup, rice vinegar, and low-salt soy sauce. Bring in the aroma by adding minced garlic and freshly grated ginger. Sprinkle in some cornstarch, turn on the heat, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Step 3
Once your glaze has thickened, toss in the baked tofu. Make sure all the sides of each tofu cube are coated richly with the glaze.

Step 4
Prepare your serving bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by placing boiled broccoli florets on top. Now, transfer the glazed tofu to the serving bowl. For the final touch, drizzle sriracha sauce over the assembled dish, and if you like, sprinkle the top with toasted sesame seeds.
