Welcome to Oh!mino® 7 Day Challenge!  

 On behalf of Oh!Nutrition, the company behind Oh!mino, I want to thank you for taking me up on our 7 day challenge. 

With 12 servings and just seven days to see an impact, you will need to do some work. If you are like me and already have workout routines, GREAT! Now try them with Oh!mino:


      1. If you workout 5 days a week, take one scoop Oh!mino 20 minutes pre workout, one scoop during workout. This leaves two scoops for you to use on your hardest days for recovery.
      2. If you workout 4 days per week, this will be so easy. Take one scoop of Oh!mino 20 minutes pre-workout, then one scoop intra and one scoop post workout.
      3. If you workout 3 days a week, and I think that is probably the average, take 2 scoops of Oh!mino pre-workouts, then one scoop intra and post workout.

Now to see strength increase, Oh!mino will help with muscle stamina, so if you perform a given set 3 times, push the sets to 4, but decrease reps by 1. This might sound hard, but with Oh!mino, you can do it. You'll end up lifting more total weight. I call this increasing density. It will be a fun surprise.

If your workouts are more floor based (yoga, pilates, etc.), try to push for longer workouts...or when the class is over, go back and do some floor work. Again, you will be pleasantly surprised at how Oh!mino helps you go longer and harder.

 

My favorite activity is competition. Tennis, basketball, cycling...if you have friends and are having a game-of-pride, go all out. When done, go hit some weights. You'll be surprise at what you will have left inside! I have also tried the opposite...some weight training then hitting the courts. Have fun!
