Returns & Shipping Policy

Your order is extremely important to us. We are more than happy to help with any questions or concerns you have with your order on our website. For those requests made outside these hours, we will address those and respond in a timely manner.

SHIPPING

Orders made at www.ohmino.com ship the same day (Monday - Friday) if received before 2 pm (Eastern). 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Ohmino.com, the item can be returned or exchanged. After 30 days from shipment have expired following a purchase, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange on your purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns, exchanges or refunds.

To return your product, please contact Customer Service via email or phone for return label. 

Please be advised that refunds will be calculated using any promotion for discount that was used during the original purchase excluding shipping.

DAMAGED, LOST, INCORRECT OR LOST ITEMS

Oh!mino is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
