If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Ohmino.com, the item can be return or exchanged if it is in its original and unused condition. The return policy for a full refund (less shipping and handling) at Ohmino.com is good for 30 days for all unused and unopened products. After 30 days have expired following a purchase, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange on your purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please include the original packing slip, write “Return” on the packing slip and specify what items are being returned. Please be advised that refunds will be calculated using any promotion for discount that was used during the original purchase excluding shipping.
This return policy is only applicable to items purchased through the Beast Sports website, beastsports.com. We are unable to accept returns for purchases made from another retailer.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR LOST ITEMS
Ohmino.com makes every effort possible to safely secure and ship each order, but on the rare occasion, it can be damaged during transit. If you feel your order was damaged during delivery, please report it immediately to our Oh!mino® Customer Service team. Please DO NOT dispose of any damaged product or packaging until you have contacted the Oh!mino® Customer Service Customer Service team for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged product.
In the untimely event that you receive the incorrect item, please e-mail or call our Customer Service team and we will work quickly to rectify the issue.
