Why cheat meals are beneficial

What I’m about to share in this email/blog might seem strange to you, or even unbelievable, but I think you need to see it.

Believe it or not, cheat meals are actually good for losing weight.

More precisely, they help you break through the weight loss plateau when you’re trying to shed off a few pounds of body fat to reach your ideal physique.

Here’s how they do it…

When you start eating a restricted diet to lose weight, your metabolism will adapt to the new diet after only 72 hours.

It will become slower, more conservative.

In other words, your body will realize there’s not much food, i.e. energy to spend…

So it will find a way to burn less fat and keep more of it for later.

And, that’s a problem when you’re trying to lose weight, especially when your weight is already in a normal range.

Eating a cheat meal in that situation will signal to your body that food is plentiful…

And the body will react by spending more energy from its fat storage.

But that’s not the best thing about cheat meals…

At least not for me.

More than anything, I LOVE the unhealthy taste of fast food on a Friday night!

It gets me motivated.

I find it easier to eat healthy on weekdays if I know I’ll be having a pizza, burger, or something else on weekend.

However, I make sure that those cheat meals don't turn into a cheat day...

Or cheat weekend...

And I eat just the minimum I need to satisfy my cravings.

Sometimes it’s only two slices of pizza…

Sometimes a bit more…

But I never skip a cheat meal – it’s the best and sometimes the only reward for my hard work and discipline.

When I get to the gym, I’m ready to give my best again.

So, if you enjoy a cheat meal from time to time, you shouldn’t feel guilty since it can actually be good for shedding fat (if you don’t overdo it.)

You shouldn’t be focused on perfection, whether in your diet or workout routine.

You just have to give your best every time.

And, if you need an additional push to do one more reps every time you hit the gym, there’s no better help than Oh!mino Muscle Synthesis Activator.

Not only does it help you build muscle faster, but it’s also scientifically proven to increase endurance.

So stop worrying about your weekly cheat meal, because you know you’re going to make more progress with it.

Stay fit my friend,
