Spring is here!
Spring is a great time to add more lean muscle and prepare your body for that summer look.
Even though we love the gym, spring is also a great time to introduce ourselves to outdoor workouts.
Why?
Because you get a lot of benefits from the outdoors; such as sunlight, fresh air, and the serene feeling of nature.
Now, you may not have any outdoor workouts, so here are 3 that I like:
1. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT):
There are basically an infinite number of body weight exercises you can do to build muscle.
This includes lunges, advanced push-ups, crunches, dips, and more!
You can even try High-Intensity Yoga!
2. Classic Outdoor (Running, Cycling, Swimming, etc.:
It's always good to bring out your inner survivalist, and workout on natural terrain.
Swimming, hiking, running, and cycling are all good fat-burning aerobic exercises.
Plus, you never know when you'll need these skills!
3. Low Equipment Workouts:
Just like bodyweight exercises, you'd be surprised how much you can get out of one piece of equipment.
(If you worked out at home during the lockdowns, then you know.)
Kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and the like, can provide an intense, muscle-building workout.
Hey, you can even go to a park and do dips on the bench.
Or, train your upper body on some monkey bars. This is a good chance to get creative with your exercises!
Now, when it comes to supplements...
you want to be careful of what you're taking.
Since outdoor workouts are of higher intensity (with less rest time)...
a lot of mainstream pre-workouts and protein powders simply don't cut it.
They can leave you feeling dehydrated, nauseous, and bloated.
All things that you don't want to feel in the outdoors.
That's why Oh!mino is an formula that:
