5 Tips For Boosting Post-Workout Recovery

5 Tips For Boosting Post-Workout Recovery

I'm sure you're busy grinding & getting things done this week. As you should!

Working (in and out of the gym) is important.

Because it gives us a sense of accomplishment & dignity. It's the American Way after all...

However!

...at Oh!mino we'd like you to mix things up a bit.

We'd like you to take rest and recovery as seriously as you take work.

Because it's just as important.

Here are 5 easy things you can do today to improve your post-workout rest and recovery:

1. Invest In Recovery Equipment:

The market is loaded with all types of things to ease muscle tension and joint pain.

While not all of us can afford weekly cryotherapy, some things you can use are ice packs, hot tubs, foam rollers, and saunas.

Even something as simple as a monthly massage session is a great start.

2. Eat Quality Nutrition:

When it comes to muscle recovery, protein is the name of the game.

Always make sure that you're getting enough (complete) proteins in your diet.

On top of that vitamins A, C, B, and omega-3 fish oil are great for muscle repair.

After you're done eating a protein-filled dinner, you'll be ready for tip #3.

3. Sleep Like A Koala:

Sleep is to your body, what the sun is to the earth.

Without it, you won't be able to function too long. It's important to get 6-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.

Some things to avoid an hour before bed are:

  • blue light
  • eating
  • and drinking

Sleeping at the same time daily also helps you wake up with energy and clarity.

4. Drink Tons Of Water:

There are an infinite number of benefits to drinking water.

It slows aging, boosts your vital organs, increases energy, cuts unnecessary appetites, and of course, boosts muscle recovery.

Make sure to get plenty of water every day to help reduce inflammation and toxins in the muscles.

It's recommended that you drink 1 oz. for every pound of body weight.

So if you weigh 150, that's 150 oz. a day.

5. Get Some Oh!mino:

As you may know, Oh!mino is a product used by pro NFL, NBA and Body Builder athletes.

It's also used by gym-goers who work out just 3 times a week. Why?

Because it can turn anyone's body into a recovery machine.

Oh!mino has all 9 essential amino acidsspecial adaptogens, and superior electrolytes. So...

it helps you:

  • Relieve muscle soreness
  • Reduce joint inflammation
  • Lessen post-workout stiffness

I may be biased, but I believe it's the best supplement for the fitness culture in the market right now.

Rest is where quality energy is built.

Add these tips to your daily routine, and you'll find your mind and body will be much more responsive, energetic, and ready to take on the world.

Stay fit (and rested) my friend,
