Myth Buster Monday #9. The Myth of Long Distance Running

You Might Hate Me For This One, But I just have to address this. Because this might be one of the greatest fitness myths in our modern fitness history.

It's the myth that running/jogging is a great exercise for weight loss.

Now hold on. Don't pull your torches and pitchforks out yet.

Keep reading and I'm sure you'll agree with me.

Running is the second most popular exercise in the world (Next to walking). Over 60 Million Americans admit to some type of running.

    I rely on my elliptical at home to keep my tummy down.. usually between 100 and 200 pm..then go to gym around 730 to lift..
