If you're like me, you really don't notice the recent time change until you wake up on Monday.
So, this will be one of our shortest blogs...think of it as more of a hack!
Recent scientific studies show that one way to ease into your darker mornings and feel more energetic is to wake up and "brighten up". Just turn on the lights, opening the curtains, and add a mirror where it can reflect natural or artificial light! Do this and you will feel more energized!
Don't let the time change mess up your mood, appetite and quality of sleep!
